OUR COMMUNITY
Good people.
Shared skies.
A supportive, inclusive virtual airline for pilots of all experience levels.
COMMUNITY RULES
Welcome to Zenyx Aviation.
Your friendly virtual airline.
We’re excited to have you join the skies with us here at Zenyx Aviation—a supportive, inclusive virtual airline built for pilots of all experience levels. Whether you’re flying the reliable Saab 340, the modern 737 MAX, the sleek A350, or the mighty A380, there’s always a place for you in our hangar.
At Zenyx, we’re more than just a virtual airline—we’re a community. That’s why we ask all members to follow a few simple guidelines to keep our skies respectful and enjoyable for everyone:
Respect others
Treat all pilots, staff and community members with kindness. Bullying, harassment or discrimination of any kind is not tolerated.
Streaming etiquette
If you’re streaming on platforms like Twitch or YouTube, please be respectful and mindful of others. Avoid offensive language or behaviour that could negatively impact others.
Social media responsibility
You’re responsible for your own content. If you’re streaming or recording, please let other users know ahead of time and be mindful of their comfort and privacy.
Push to mute on VATSIM
While flying on VATSIM, set your VATSIM push-to-talk button to also mute your microphone in Discord, so people in the Discord voice channel don’t hear your VATSIM transmissions.
We’re here to fly, have fun and support one another. So climb aboard, file that flight plan, and let’s take off together.
Welcome to the Zenyx Aviation family—let’s fly!
— The Zenyx Aviation Team
FLYING POLICY
Freedom to fly.
Responsibility to match.
Fly your way
Non-owned aircraft can be flown on any route, at any time. VATSIM participation is optional.
Respect ownership rules
Owned aircraft must depart from their recorded location and remain within their condition and operational limits. No teleporting; positioning and maintenance are part of ownership.
Take care of your aircraft
Handling and utilisation affect maintenance, costs and availability. Serious damage can result in permanent loss.
Represent Zenyx responsibly
On VATSIM, follow network rules. Use ZAG followed by your flight number, spoken as REDLINE, and add CS/REDLINE to your flight-plan remarks.
Keep voice channels clear
Set your VATSIM push-to-talk button to mute your Discord microphone while transmitting.
Respect the community
Treat others with kindness, keep streams considerate, and tell people before recording or broadcasting shared conversations.
Check before departure
If an owned aircraft’s recorded location or condition looks wrong, contact @staff on Discord before flying it. Ask the team for help rather than bypassing ownership restrictions.
Enjoy the freedom to fly, take responsibility for what you own, and help keep Zenyx welcoming for everyone.

Your information.
Handled with care.
This notice describes Zenyx’s website and community systems. Updated 5 November 2026. The operational details below have been confirmed by Zenyx; the remaining items at the end are still being finalised before public launch.
Who handles your information
Zenyx’s Google Sheets records are managed by @itzjackmb, based in the United Kingdom. All Zenyx staff members have access to those Sheets. FSHub separately manages its own user accounts.
Information used by Zenyx
The public website has no registration form or custom login. Joining, flight tracking and community conversations take place through FSHub, the Crew Portal and Discord. Zenyx retains full FSHub flight-completion webhook payloads in Google Sheets. These can include names, email addresses, FSHub IDs, linked VATSIM IDs and flight records, including routes, times and aircraft information. Zenyx also keeps usernames, chosen pilot aliases, virtual currency balances and member progress.
Purpose and visibility
Zenyx uses these records only within its systems to support membership, flight tracking, virtual currency, aircraft ownership and community support. They are not used for marketing or shared with other virtual airlines.
The public Zenyx recent-flights table displays the chosen pilot alias, aircraft, departure and arrival airports, flight information, registration, completion information, landing rate and FSHub flight ID. Email addresses, VATSIM CIDs and raw webhook payloads are not displayed in that table. Linked FSHub pages have their own public profile and flight displays.
How long records are kept
At 00:00 UTC on 1 March every year, Zenyx wipes all records in its flight-intake sheet, including raw webhook payloads. This is a hard annual cutoff: recent flights are deleted from that sheet too, not only older records. Intake records are therefore held for no more than 12 months.
Before the annual wipe, member progress and virtual balances are preserved separately so members do not lose their progress. Those member records are not part of the flight-intake wipe. Departed members’ Zenyx records are deleted on request rather than automatically when they leave. Requests can also be made before the annual cutoff.
This cleanup applies to Zenyx’s flight-intake sheet. It does not delete flight history or accounts independently held by FSHub or other service providers.
Other services
Our links take you to services operated by FSHub, Google and Discord, which have their own privacy terms. Cloudflare is the planned website host. Review the relevant service’s privacy information when using it.
Privacy questions and requests
Contact @itzjackmb privately on Discord for privacy questions, requests to access or correct information, or requests for deletion of Zenyx-held records. Available rights depend on the circumstances. Do not post personal details in public channels. Requests about information independently held by FSHub or another provider should also be directed to that provider. You can raise a data-protection concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (opens in a new tab).
Details to be confirmed
Formal controller identification and contact details; lawful bases; a retention period or review criteria for member records preserved outside the annual intake wipe; any international-transfer arrangements; and final hosting or cookie settings. This notice will be updated when those details are finalised.

Respect the people
behind the work.
Use properly licensed software
Software used by members, staff and Zenyx community systems must be properly licensed. Software piracy means using software contrary to its licence, whether deliberately or unintentionally. Pirated software is prohibited.
Respect creators’ permissions
Do not share, request or link to pirated aircraft, scenery, tools or other software through Zenyx. Do not distribute protected charts, documents, liveries or other material without permission from the rights holder. Freeware is welcome when its licence permits the intended use.
Know the licence
Read and follow the terms for software and content you use. If no licence was supplied, ask the creator or vendor. Software Zenyx distributes should include an appropriate licence; using third-party software without accompanying licence terms is strongly discouraged.
Report concerns privately
Raise suspected piracy or infringement with @staff privately on Discord. Do not repost infringing files or private information as part of a public discussion.
Enforcement
Members found deliberately and intentionally using pirated software will be removed from Zenyx immediately. If the member belongs to VATSIM, staff will notify VATSIM of the violation.
VATSIM reporting
Where participating in the VATSIM VA programme, Zenyx will notify its Virtual Airlines Director and Assistant Director in writing within 30 days of receiving a third-party copyright, trademark or patent infringement notice, including relevant community piracy incidents. Notification does not prevent further VATSIM action; failure to report can result in programme suspension and membership review.
